Dear Mr. President:

 

Please allow me to wish you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving. However, after hearing the Ninth Circuit Court ruling on its decision related to immigration at the U.S. Border with Mexico, the following day, Black Friday, may take on an entirely different meaning for us due to the chaos that is now headed our way.

 

While I have already mentioned the need for immediate logistical provisions for the very recent migrants fromCentral America inside the United States where they can be controlled and also vetted for crime connections,drugs and health, my ideas for a tactical approach and strategy must now be considered on a much larger scale because they would include even deploying U.S. Special Forces to El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and possibly Nicaragua and also along the Central American side of Mexico’s southern borders.

 

Besides drug trafficking, America is now facing an extreme violent crime threat from MS-13 and Barrio-18 as well as other killer gangs in Central America. By deploying well-organized U.S. Special Forces at locations within Central America, the United States and other nations can provide Safe Areas for people who are desperately seeking asylum in our nation. So I am now hoping that my proposal for this serious dilemma will be given immediate consideration.

RE: CENTRAL AMERICA: PART NINETEEN

 

Dear Mr. President:

 

As you are now discovering, so few leaders in Washington have actually accomplished anything or placed themselves at great risk. Unfortunately, this includes most admirals and generals in our armed forces. In fact, nearly all of them during the current and past decades have been promoted due to their “problems,” which has caused most military and naval officers who reach the rank of colonel or captain to become controlled. As a result of this hidden policy, there are no longer any generals like Arnold, Doolittle, MacArthur and Patton or admirals like Halsey and Nimitz. So if you could find outsiders and private citizens like myself rather than relying upon those persons with the best connections and qualifications, your Administration could produce a very effective Missile Defense Systems in a relatively shorter period of time. But you must find people with a scientific background as well as a geopolitical one. Unfortunately, if you continue to rely upon a series of references from Presidential of Personnel at the White House, most of the appointees will also perform at only a mediocre level, which is the dilemma you are now facing.

 

I am very concerned about the current Caravan activity at Tijuana, because that border town is unable to cope with this surge of migrants from Central America. As a geographer and college instructor decades earlier, demographers had then estimated that Tijuana would soon become the third largest city on the West Coast ofNorth America. However, due to migration into the United States since the 1980s that never became a reality.

 

There must be logistical and tactical provisions made immediately to accommodate and contain these recent migrants from Central America in the U.S. to control and vet them.

Dear Mr. President:

 

The following is a true story that happened to me during the 1980s of the Cold War. God does answer prayers in far less than three minutes. At the time, we lived in Santa Ana, California. A neighbor had later told me about a Central American man who had parked his car across from our home and he was apparently stalking me. His physical features physical features as well as the make and color of the man’s car were also brought to my attention after I had returned home later on that same day.

 

Earlier that afternoon, I was driving by myself headed southward on the fast lane of the freeway when, without any warning, a car driven by a Central American man was moving forward very fast from behind and he then opened his left door on the driver’s side to place a Russian-made hand-held rocket launcher resting on the auto’s body as I drove on a curvilinear course onto the 22 Freeway going eastward while his weapon was aimed and ready to be fired directly at me. So instantly, I changed lanes and moved as fast as possible to the right to avoid being destroyed by the rocket. Fortunately, I was able to evade him and safely reached our home and the neighbor was able to share the aforementioned information with me that had described the same assassin.

 

Although I was only a private citizen, my awareness and knowledge of Central America and the Caribbeanwas probably second to none and the Cubans and Russians knew about it after U.S. officials in Washingtonhad shared my earlier accomplishments with them. By contrast, so few leaders were ever at risk then because most of them had done so little when compared to me.

Dear Mr. President:

 

While I am glad that you are now scheduled to be in California to inspect the devastation caused by wildfires in the northern and southern areas of our state as well as possibly checking Caravan related activity in Tijuanawhere nearly 3,000 migrants from Central America have arrived at the U.S. border with Mexico located south of San Diego. Due to a rather limited staff, the U.S. Border Patrol is only able to process 100 applications each day for asylum from the immigrants now arriving at the border. The number of migrants in Tijuana will increase to at least 5,000 in a matter of a few weeks and it may soon increase to 10,000 before the end of this year.

 

I read an article titled “The border fight that America does not need” written by Admiral James G. Stavridis in the November 19, 2018 issue of TIME, which discussed the current Caravan on its way to the United Statesfrom El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua located in Central America. He said, “We could, for example, build refugee centers to process these asylum seekers in a humane fashion with both nations’ [Mexicoand the U.S.] border authorities working together.” However, Admiral Stavridis neglected to mention the immediate necessity to construct emergency and temporary facilities entirely inside the United States as he had failed to address the current lack of U.S. Border Patrol personnel, which mandates the deployment of the “green” or inexperienced U.S. military personnel close to the Mexican border. As for myself, it is my policy to win battles rather than to lose them, which has so often happened when my plans do reach Washington. So, please, build and deploy adequate containment facilities right away.

Dear Mr. President:

 

Although you may be visiting the wildfire conditions and the Caravan situation along the U.S. border withMexico in California during this weekend, you should have been in Port Moresby for the APEC Summitbeing held at Papua, New Guinea instead of Vice President Mike Pence.

This Asia-Pacific meeting is so important that leaders from Australia, China, Japan and Russia are present.China built a kilometer-long highway, provided buses and trained the drivers. Japan taught and trained PNG’s military band over the past two years for the event. Australia provided security, also at great expense because this event is that significant.

 

As for the Caravan from Honduras, unless emergency accommodations and needed temporary provisions are being made available inside the United States to assist these Central American migrants as well as to adequately control and screen or vet them, all hell will break loose. If they were to remain in Mexico at Tijuanaas the Haitians have behaved well for the past two years, it would be difficult for such a larger group to be accommodated in that border city south of San Isidro, California and the U.S. Border Patrol as well as U.S. Armed Forces will need to stay on alert for several years to prevent many massive illegal crossings with accelerated violence.

 

Because the estuary and mouth of the Tijuana River enter the Pacific Ocean north of the U.S. border withMexico, it is possible for migrants from Central America to cross into the United States several miles east ofTijuana along that stream and valley, so security is difficult.

Dear Mr. President:

 

Apparently violence has already broken-out from the group of Honduran migrants that arrived yesterday on the beach at Tijuana, Mexico just at the U.S. border with San Isidro, California where the Caravan intends to enter into the United States with several thousand migrants from Central America who are determined to invade as a mob of humanity that cannot be stopped.

 

Unfortunately, this comes at a very vulnerable time for California with its massive wildfires in both the northern and southern regions of our state. While now Lieutenant Governor Newsome is telling us that this is not the time to point fingers, we are still continuing to suffer from earlier negligence caused by him to Oroville Dam, which is actually an earth-filled dam that constantly requires maintenance to hold back the water ofOroville Lake in reserve so that it would still be available during a drought. When Governor Brown had ordered us to ration water as he did for gasoline decades earlier when holding the same office, his statement was, “Get used to it!” Soon afterwards, without adequate water, trees became dry and started to die. Many more trees were dying in the following years as the wildfires became worse annually.

 

In many of the fire areas, there has not been an adequate supply of water to extinguish the fires.

We no longer lease or rent the “Scooper” aircraft from Canada that are manufactured in Russia, which would scoop-up water from the Pacific Ocean, lakes and reservoirs while flying very low similar to a “touch and go” over land. If these Canadian or Russian aircraft had only been used during the most recent fires, Malibu, a coastal city near Los Angeles could have been saved. It may be that, without adequate precipitation or rain due to “Chem-Trails” rather than the hoax called “Climate Change” or “Global Warming,” this may become just the beginning of the fire season in California. So we need help at our border with Mexico and fire support at our homes.

RE: CENTRAL AMERICA: PART FOURTEEN

 

Dear Mr. President:

 

I must apologize for my error while estimating in “CENTRAL AMERICA: PART TWELVE” that was sent to you on November 8, 2018, less than a week ago, when the following was said by me:

“The Caravan route [from Honduras] is probably scheduled to enter America in the Southwestern United States and California as early as Thanksgiving.”

 

At this time an estimated 300 migrants who have separated themselves from the main Caravan group are now at the Pacific Ocean by Tijuana where some may have already entered illegally into the United States atCalifornia where we currently have our problems with many wildfires, which may have been deliberately started to permanently relocate us to crowded cities where we would become confined and controlled by gangs such as MS-13 and Barrio-18.

 

So I am hoping you are aware of our emergency conditions in California and that your cabinet and staff are already taking appropriate action on this matter as well as making arrangements for reaching members of theCaravan who may need immediate assistance now while they are still a thousand miles away from the U.S.border further north from them. These people must all be confined and vetted before any final decision can be reached so that MS-13 and Barrio-18 who may be among them are dealt with in an appropriate manner so gang members will no longer be a threat in the United States or again in Central America or Mexico.
