RE: A FURTHER RESPONSE TO THE PRESIDENT’S LETTER OF SEPTEMBER 6

Dear Mr. President:

As I mentioned in my earlier letter, we definitely agree upon so many issues. However, there are a few some matters that need to be called to your attention because, apparently, you have not been adequately informed. For instance, in your letter, you mentioned, “…we will deploy a layered missile defense system to defend our home land against missile attacks from states such as North Korea and Iran.” However, America does not have any effective Missile Defense System in operation and it is rather unlikely that we will have one for at least another decade.

Another concern is the current Russian Air Force base on La Orchila Island in the Caribbean Sea north of Caracas, Venezuela where a two-mile long airstrip is now operational that can accommodate the giant Antonov An-124 military air transport that can carry several Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles armed with Multiple Thermonuclear Warheads capable of striking any American region from Punta Huete, Nicaragua where another two-mile long airstrip is operational in Central America. Russian President Putin has planned and developed these air runways in Latin America for over a decade. It is his opportunity to destroy the United States, which he is not able to compete with economically.

There are so many other nations and regions that must also be addressed, but these will require, including the aforementioned, a direct meeting with you in person or at least on a secure line. But time is now running out. I am hoping that we can meet very soon.

RE: A RESPONSE TO THE SEPTEMBER 6, 2019 LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT

Dear Mr. President:

Again, I want to thank you for your fine letter of September 6, 2019. While it contained so many and issues that we definitely agree upon, based on my geopolitical analytic background in foreign policy and national security, several others need be brought to your attention because they are so crucial at this time. In fact, some of them pose a greater threat than the Cuban Missile Crisis did in 1962, which had confirmed my earlier findings during the fall of 1961 when I sent my analytic report to President Kennedy about the clandestine deployment of nuclear missiles to Cuba by the Soviet Union. If JFK had not finally taken any action related to my report nearly a year later, over 170 million Americans would have perished within a few hours.

It appears as if those who analyze intelligence in Washington are unaware of what I have already identified as the Nicaraguan-Venezuelan Missile Crisis now caused by President Putin in Russia.

At least at this moment in time, within a matter of hours, the Kremlin is able to deploy many of the Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles armed with a multiple thermonuclear warheads to La Orchila Island in the Caribbean Sea where a Russian Air Force base has a runway nearly two miles long that can accommodate the giant Antonov An-124 Ruslan military air transport for carrying these weapons of mass destruction (WMD), which can also be unloaded at Punta Huete in Central America in a very short period of time from where they can strike any region of the U.S.
