RE: Listen to hear my plan for a deal with North Korea on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 on the Hour Three podcast at 5:00 pm EST or 2:00 pm PST of the Nutrimedical Report Show with Dr. Bill Deagle at Deagle-Network.com or Nutrimedical.com. That’s today!

Dear Friends,

During the President’s State of the Union Address when he said these words, “North Korea’s reckless pursuit of nuclear missiles could very soon threaten our homeland.” I became very concerned because Pyongyang’s ICBMs are already capable of reaching the continental United States with manythermonuclear warheads on long-range ballistic missiles that could now be launched simultaneously from the Korean Peninsula. But because he used term the “nuclear missiles,” I thought he might have actually read at least some of my analytic reports and letters.

But, due to the urgency of making sure that my proposed plan for a deal with North Korea will reach him, I intend to release it to the public on The Nutrimedical Report Show with Dr. Bill Deagle, which is a podcast on the Deagle-Network.com or Nutrimedical.com, during Hour Three, Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at 5:00 pm EST or 2:00 pm PST. Well, that is today!

Considering the risk of a thermonuclear war at any moment, with less than 35 minutes after launch, it is urgent for my plan related to rare earths to be discussed as soon as possible. As an economic geographer, I would like to be present if it is going to be discussed in Washington. Based on prior accomplishments related to the Cuban Missile Crisis, I am considered to be the “Greatest Geopolitical Analyst in the World.”

Sincerely,

John W. Spring

Dear Mr. President:

Because Pyongyang’s ICBMs are now able to strike at all of the major cities in the continental United States in 35 minutes or less from the Korean Peninsula that are armed with thermonuclear warheads capable of destroying any large American city in less than 35 minutes from a launch, we need to consider a proposal for a plan for a deal with North Korea if the Korean Peninsula were to become denuclearized. Considering a decisive U.S. military victory would probably cost the lives of at least 170 million Americans in a thermonuclear war and in a conventional war it would probably become more costly than the lives of all Americans who were killed in combat during World War II. So this is why we must at least consider a deal with North Korea under certain conditions that would require denuclearizing the entire Korean Peninsula.

North Korea’s mineral resources were estimated to be worth at least $6 trillion. However, Lloyd R. Vassey, a senior adviser at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, reported North Korean mining production has declined significantly since the early 1990s. There is a shortage of heavy mining equipment and North Korea is unable to purchase new equipment due to its dire economic situation, the energy shortage and the age and generally poor condition of the power grid. Also rare earths are abundant in North Korea.

Last August in 2017, I wrote an article titled “Behind the Real Causes for the North Korean Missile Crisis,” which you may find of interest because it is the main reason for me to propose making a deal with Pyongyang that Kim Jong Un may find hard to refuse because it provides for more wealth for him and his communist regime than even I had imagined since my research that is related to my proposal had begun. According to a news article published on July 3, 2017 in the New York Post, North Korea had mineral resources estimated to be worth at least $6 trillion that, in an article by Steve Mollman forQuartz on June 16, 2017, the secretive state on a vast array of mineral resources below the nation’s mostly mountainous surface are reserves, which include the following metals of iron, gold, magnesite, zinc, copper, molybdenum, graphite as well as more than 200 kinds of minerals. Also present, are large amounts of rare earth metals, which factories in the nearby countries need to make smart phones and other high-tech products. The coal from North Korea, which is mainly anthracite, also contains a high concentration of the rare-earth elements. Other sources had suggested North Korea has the world’s second largest reserves of rare-earth metals, but that estimate was never based on recent technology. So its deposits of rare-earths are potentially far greater.

Summary: North Korea may have larger deposits of Lithium, Rare-Earth and Precious Metal ores than those of the world’s currently known reserves combined so the United States should be able to make a deal with the regime of Kim Jong Un at Pyongyang so that a thermonuclear war can be avoided if Washington is only able to provide a convincing plan for denuclearization of the entire Korean Peninsula. I am hoping to meet with you so to further discuss this matter.

A PLAN FOR AN ECONOMIC DEAL WITH PYONGYANG

John W. Spring

Because North Korea may potentially have far greater deposits of Lithium, Rare-Earth and allPrecious Metal ores than any other nation in the world, it might be possible for the United States to make a deal with Pyongyang that could provide the DPRK with considerable wealth and a far higher quality standard for living providing denuclearization of the entire Korean Peninsula does occur in the very near future, which must be completely verified. So besides that nation’s mined reserves of iron, gold, magnesite, zinc, copper, molybdenum, graphite and more than 200 other minerals, large amounts ofrare-earths are available throughout North Korea.

Besides rebuilding its electrical power grid, more roads and pipelines need to be constructed. But by providing North Korea with the technology to recover and produce rare-earths of very high quality, such a plan would enable North Korea to provide revenue for developing and improving infrastructure required for additional economic activity in many other areas.

A desire for improved education and health for the people in North Korea would also improve its work force considerably. So schools, clinics and hospitals would also need to be considered.

Sincerely,

BEHIND THE REAL CAUSES FOR THE NORTH KOREANMISSILE CRISIS

John W. Spring

There are probably many reasons for the current North Korean Missile Crisis. In retrospect, is it possible when Kim Jong-un had secretly visited the United States several years ago that he might have been completely unaware of Pyongyang’s missile and nuclear programs in North Korea? At that time when I had direct eye contact with him at less than 20 feet, he appeared to be interested in America as a place that could possibly be enjoyed in the future. Of course, it is also possible if Kim was willing back then to take his calculated risk by riding in a 1951 Chrysler bulletproof car with a chauffeur and an armed bodyguard that he would be willing to also risk a thermonuclear war later with the United States.

According to my research related to many types of mineral deposits in North Korea, which are abundant, if its land were almost completely destroyed by a thermonuclear war, whoever could gain control of that country would acquire most of the sought-after metals and rare earths for a massive profit. So, apparently, there must be several multinational corporations and nations that are very interested in North Korea even if it were nearly completely destroyed during a war.

But even today, very few Americans are aware of the “Oregon standoff” or even that those who were involved at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge had been acquitted. However, far fewer were ever aware of the Russians contacting U.S. Secretary of State Hillary R. Clinton at the Department of State for special favors if they would contribute to the Clinton Foundation, which happened to be cattle ranches in the western United States where valuable deposits of uranium and precious ores were located. This was why Robert LaVoy Finicum, an Arizona rancher and spokesman for the Citizens for Constitutional Freedom, had been attempting to inform the American people about the U.S. Bureau of Land Management or BLM confiscating cattle ranches and selling their land to the Russian mining interests allegedly at the request of Secretary Clinton.

So it is also possible that the Russians might be interested in obtaining the world’s very largest mineral deposits located in North Korea. Perhaps that is the real reason behind this crisis. JWS
